MNC's, no doubt, have widened the employment opportunities in our country but it would be a little unfair to say that MNC's are better than their Indian counterparts because if we look at Infosys, Wipro, Tata, Birla etc we realise that they have provided us with a dearth of opportunities to grow and also have contributed to the GDP of India. Also infosys, wipro and HCL have made their presence felt across many regions globally as well but presence of MNC's in India has helped all top notch indian companies to sharpen their business strategies such that there is always a fear of losing their market share and a position among the top reputed companies because of which all customers who avail the services are benefited as quality is what they always receive in the services.

Hi friends,in my point of view MNC’s are superior where there’s a place for talented fresher rather than that of experienced but in India they are looking for only experienced. And also MNC’s offering best salary with good environment too where such case are lacking in Indian companies and also MNC’s offering internship with foreign countries with best pay in market and after completion of internship increment is offered in bucket system thats why MNC’s are superior.

So the entry of MNC's has only made the performance of our indian companies better and has also increased the employment opportunities for thousands of professionals!

Indian MNC’s such as infosys, Reliance, Airtel, Tata group, Birla group etc are not less than any of the foreign MNCs. These companies not only provided employment to lots of Indian people but also gave them chance to show their talents beyond Indian boundaries by giving them opportunity to develop business outside. These companies have not only set themselves successfully but also got a prestigious position in other companies. They are the examples of Indian success in industrialization and globalization as well as they have set the examples in front of other Indians also that their can be another Narayan Murthy or Ratan Tata or birla. Not only this, these companies are rivals of Foreign MNCs in their respective market which is changing attitude of western people and most of them want to make business with Indians.
